Huston, we have a problem??..

As you know, the exercise scheduled for Jan 15 has been cancelled due to weather concerns.? The planned back-up date for this exercise is Jan 29.? Unfortunately, that is the same day that Bismarck, Dickinson, and Minot are scheduled to remove wreaths at the Veterans Cemetery.? Removing those wreaths is an all-day job and was scheduled to be done on the 29 th back in October. 

? 

With that in-mind, what would everyone think if we held the exercise on Sunday, Jan 30?? We have never held an exercise on a Sunday so that we didn?t interfere with everyone?s church participation.? However, we need to get this training done and there is no other week-end that fits.? We need to get prepared for the spring flood season and we need to start soon.

To get there follow these instructions:

Log into E-services--> Down the left side of the main screen click "Online Safety Education"-->There will then be a list of safety modules for you to peruse.  I encourage everybody to view them all, but at a minimum, "Introduction to CAP Safety for New Members" must be done by the end of the month.

Hello!  I know this has been a busy week, but I need to hear from those of you who can travel to Mandan on Saturday to help with the removal of the wreaths at the ND Vets Cemetery.
I plan on taking my 4-wheel Tahoe. I can transport 5 passengers. We do not need to wear uniforms. You need to dress for outdoor work in our wonderful ND weather.
The Bismarck CAP Squadron needs as many volunteers as we can get.  Parents, friends are welcome!!!
Cadets need a permission slip signed by parent if parent is not attending. 
I NEED TO HEAR FROM YOU AS SOON AS POSSIBLE PLEASE!!!!

The road conditions are continuing to get worse. According to several travelers coming to Minot from the south, the road is extremely icy, with blowing snow.
The conditions are forecast to become worse over night.
