It's starting folks.  Please let me know if and when you are available for sorties.  We are losing our plane this weekend for probably a month or so, but should the need arise, a plane could be brought in from elsewhere to fulfill whatever mission is required.  

There is also the possiblity of ground missions being needed.  

Again, please let me know how much you are available so I can report up to wing.

The Wing Commander has directed that all wing assets and personnel be brought to Alert Level ORANGE. 

? 

As some of you may know, the wing is in the middle of a missing person search in the Lisbon, Edgeley area.? We have been flying in that search for the past two days.? We have been asked to continue and now need additional personnel to sustain this effort. 

? 

Tomorrow, we have aircraft and crews from Bismarck, Fargo, and Grand Forks flying grid searches to cover, and in some cases, re-cover the area between Edgeley and Lisbon.? One big factor in tomorrow?s searches is, of course, the weather.? The terminal area forecast for the Jamestown area looks good until about 1300 when the winds will pick (gusts to 30) with snow and blowing snow. 

? 

Additional personnel may be needed for any tasking beyond Wednesday.? Therefore, please look at your schedule and let you Squadron Commander know if you might be available.? I will contact your commander with any additional tasking.
