We will be washing and cleaning out the van and the aircraft - so wear civilian clothes. It may rain - bring rain gear if you have it. Cadets = any cadets who are planning on participating in the SAREX in Jamestown on Saturday You will need to have your General ES completed and your 101 Card printed out Please let Capt. Tomas or Lt. Although the pass does not expire until 30 June 2011, they must still verify that the pass has not been altered. The verification process will take less than 5 minutes. Verification can be accomplished by stopping by JD's office in the GA Terminal or by the Airport Administration office at the commercial terminal (upstairs). The secretary at the Minot Aviation Center CANNOT do the verification. Remember, this must be done by 30 June or your pass will be deactivated. The appropriate uniform for this meeting is dark blue shorts, black t-shirt, athletic shoes. Bring WATER and put on some bug-repellant so we can go outside if we chose.
